1. Introduction
Welcome to KS Tiny Kingdom Preschool and Day Care. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our preschool and daycare services, including our official digital portals (referred to as “Service”).
By using our Service or enrolling your child, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Enrollment and Registration
Age Requirement: Enrollment at KS Tiny Kingdom is open to children within the specified age ranges (Playgroup, Nursery, Junior KG, Senior KG, and Day Care). Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the registration process.
Enrollment Fees: Tuition fees, registration fees, and enrollment charges are outlined in our enrollment agreement. Payment is due as specified in the agreement schedule.
3. Official Payment Terms & Anti-Fraud Advisory
Under no circumstances will KS Tiny Kingdom request or authorize any payments to be made to personal accounts, individual staff, or unauthorized third-party entities. All fee payments must be made strictly to the official bank account details provided on our official communication or verified payment gateway.
KS Tiny Kingdom and its staff will never ask for fee transfers to personal Google Pay/PhonePe accounts or individual UPI IDs. Any such request should be treated as unauthorized and reported immediately to info@kstinykingdom.com.
4. Health, Hygiene and Safety
Health Records: Parents or legal guardians must provide up-to-date immunization and medical records, allergy details, and active emergency contact information prior to the child's first day of attendance.
Health and Safety Policies: We maintain strict sanitization, air filtration, and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all children in our care. Parents and guardians must adhere strictly to these policies, including keeping unwell children at home until fully recovered.
5. Conduct and Community Standards
Respectful Environment: Children, parents, guardians, and educators are expected to treat one another with kindness, dignity, and mutual respect.
Prohibited Behavior: Any form of harassment, discrimination, verbal hostility, bullying, or disruptive behavior towards staff, parents, or children will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of service.
6. Transportation Service
KS Tiny Kingdom provides student van transportation services along pre-established routes within a comfortable radius of our campus in Amrita Nagar, Choodasandra. Routes and stops are planned based on efficiency, safety, and seat availability.
7. Privacy and Child Data Protection
We collect and handle personal information in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. CCTV live monitoring access (where provided) is intended solely for verified parents and legal guardians, and credentials must never be shared.
8. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, worksheets, branding, images, logos, and website media are the exclusive property of KS Tiny Kingdom and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Annual Maintenance & Holiday Schedule
Daycare and school services operate on an annual calendar. Facilities may close for scheduled festive holidays and a one-week period during year-end maintenance to ensure regular deep cleaning and safety upgrades.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Registration Fees & Tuition: Fees once paid are non-refundable. Mid-month withdrawals are not eligible for prorated refunds.
- Advance Payments: Advance payments for daycare services made for upcoming billing cycles can be refunded if written cancellation notice is given at least 15 days in advance.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Requests arising from verified medical emergencies or sudden family relocations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by management.
